button if steam is required (fig. 15b pos. 5) to enable/disable steam in
this step. Press the "Booster" button (fig. 15b pos.7) to enable the
"Power Booster" function: 7): press to enable/disable the corresponding
icon. Confirm these settings with the "OK" button (√ symbol) the line
corresponding to step "1" is filles with the selected values. Continue by
adjusting the duration of the step with the "+" and "-" keys (Fig. 26d).
Confirm with the "OK" button (√ symbol) to store the set time. If steam
was emitted in this step, adjust the quantity of steam with the "+" and "-"
button (fig. 26e). Confirm these settings with the "OK" button (√
symbol); the line corresponding to step "1" is completed and passed on
to step "2" (fig. 26f). Customise step "2" and the next steps as described
for the previous point. To end the step insertion process, press "Save"

NOTE:
A program must be composed of at least 1 step to be
stored!
Press "Delete" during the step insertion process, represented by a recycle
bin icon (fig. 26f pos. B) to delete the parameters inserted if there are
mistakes
To complete the program select the image to be associated to the
program between a set of pre-set icons. Confirm with the "OK" button to
display the summary of the program with the steps previously inserted
(fig. 26g); the total duration of the entire program and associated icon is
shown on top. Press "OK" to run it and "RETURN" to return to the
previous screens.
CHANGE
A program can be edited in various ways:

Edit directly
-
Edit from "Summary program"
-
Edit from "Programs menu"
When the oven is in "Programs" mode and not baking, edit the "P" key
directly by pressing and holding for a few moments until the edit screen
is displayed (Fig. 26h).
Alternatively press P to access the list of programs; select the program
desired to open the summary screen (fig. 26g). Press the "Change"
button represented by a pencil icon (fig. 26g pos C) to open the change
screen (fig. 26h).
It is also possible to access the MENU, select "Programs", press "OK",
select "Change" and confirm with "OK". At this point the "FIND BY
NAME" keyboard is displayed Refer to the previous point to find name
then select the program to be changed.
In any case once the screen to be changed is open (fig. 26h), select the
step to be edited with the ↓ button. Choose one of the following
alternatives in the selected step:
-
"Edit" represented by a pencil icon (fig. 26h pos. E) to edit the
parameters of the selected step with the procedure described in
"INSERT NEW";
-
"Delete" represented by a recycle bin icon (fig. 26h pos. F) to
delete the step selected;
-
"Add step" represented by the icon in fig. 26h pos. G to add a
baking step after the one selected. Enter desired parameters with
the procedure described in "INSERT NEW";
-
"Save" represented by a disk icon (fig. 26h pos. H) to store
changes;
-
"Return" to cancel.
DELETE
A program can be edited in various ways:

Delete from "Summary program"

Delete from "Programs menu"
Press P to access the list of programs; select the program desired to open
the summary screen (fig. 26g). Press the "Delete" button represented by
a recycle bin icon (fig. 26h pos. D), press "OK" to confirm, RETURN to
cancel.
It is also possible to access the MENU, select "Programs", press "OK",
select "Delete" and press "OK". "FIND BY NAME", select the program
to be deleted with the "SELECT" button then press "OK". Confirm
deletion with "OK" or cancel the operation by pressing "RETURN"
several times.
IMPORT USB
Insert the USB device into the slot on the right side of the appliance after
removing the plug. The display will show a list of the directories in the
USB device. The <ROOT> item shows the first level of the file system.
Select the directory where the programs to be imported reside using the
"SELECTION" keys. The "+" and "-" keys enter and exit the selected
directory. Press "OK" to perform the import operation. A message will
show the number of the program correctly copied from the USB memory
to the oven memory. Remove the USB device and replace the cap
previously removed.
NOTE:
<NO DIRECTORY> indicates that the USB device is
missing or not inserted correctly into its slot
EXPORT USB
Insert the USB device into the slot on the right side of the appliance after
removing the plug. The display will show a list of the directories in the

DEFAULT PROGRAMS
Use this process to restore the programs set in the factory. Press the
"OK" button to carry out the program restore operation.
NOTE:
Any programs stored in the memory will be deleted!
3.2.2.2
"MANUAL MODE"
"Manual mode" enables you to operate the oven by using only one set
temperature without the baking timer which generally scans baking start
and stop time.
By pressing the "-" key consecutively, the "Time" parameter is deleted
and the timer icon is shown on the corresponding "+" button (Fig. 24d
pos. U) indicating that the "Manual" mode is enabled.
If the oven is on STOP mode, press the button to reactivate the
"Standard" mode by selecting the desired cooking time.
NOTE:
This baking mode does not use the "Pre-heating"
function or the "Programs"!
3.2.2.3
"PREHEAT SETTING"
The pre-heat function enables the oven to reach a temperature higher
than desired for baking. The pre-heat temperature is maintained
throughout before baking the product. This compensates heat loss when
the product is baked due to oven door opening.
Pre-heating adjusts set temperature from 0 to 30°C (54°F).
For example: set temperature 180°C, pre-heat +20, pre-heat
temperature (step before baking) 200°C and set baking temperature
180°C.
Data on pre-heating is displayed graphically as the peak of the set
temperature (fig. 24a pos. item G).
To change the parameter enter MENU, select PREHEATING, press OK,
select the desired value with the "+" and "-"button then press "OK" to
confirm. The main screen will be updated with the new preheat mode
setting.
NOTE:
If the mode setting is not displayed on the main screen,
it indicates that preheating is inactive i.e. set to 0.
3.2.2.4

STEAM EXHAUST

The cooking vapour exhaust valve is located on the right hand side of the
rear part of the baking chamber, and is electro mechanically controlled.
To adjust valve opening/closure, it is necessary to press the
corresponding button (fig.15b pos. 3) and the icon on the display will
show the status of the valve.
The valve can be set to one of 2 different positions:
-
(completely closed) (fig.24b pos. B)
-
(completely open) (fig.24d pos. T)
Valve opening/closure is a direct access function and therefore, it can be
enabled at any time.
NOTE:
Every time that the heating elements are switched on
again by pressing the "Start/Stop" button, the valve will commence a
reset procedure, stopping in the closure position.
3.3
ADDITIONAL BAKING CHAMBER SETTINGS (F50E-
F100E MODELS only)
The equipment has further settings that are available from the main
menu. To access these functions, press the "MENU" key then scroll
through the list with the "SELECTION" keys until the required item.
Press "OK" to open the sub menu.
3.3.1
LIGHTING
Used to switch the lighting on and off inside the baking chamber. Select
this menu item to manage lighting manually. The lighting status is
represented graphically on the display by a check symbol on the right of
the menu item. This check symbol means that the lighting is on.
