- Disconnect the thermostat faston connectors;
- Replace the pyrometer (item 9 plate A);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble, taking
care that the connectors are inserted in the correct poles.
5.3.9
CHANGING THE LAMPS
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace the
lamps proceed as follows:
- Open the door.
- Turn the two screws (Fig. 21 Item A) fixing the glass by a ¼ turn.
- Gently open the glass panel hinged to the door, making it possible to
access the inner part;
- Remove the old lamps (item 27 plate A);
- Replace the lamps with others of the same voltage and power;
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.3.10
REPLACING THE MAIN SWITCH
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace the
main switch proceed as follows:
F45E-F50E-F100E
- Remove the front control panel by unfastening the fixing screws;
- Take off the casing on the rear of the control panel;
- Disconnect the switch faston connectors;
- Replace the switch (item 4 plate A);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.3.11
REPLACING THE CYCLICAL PROGRAMMER WITH
MOTOR (only F45E-F50E-F100E)
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace the
cyclical programmer with motor proceed as follows:
- Remove the rear panel by unfastening the fixing screws
- Disconnect the wiring from the programmer (items 22, 23 plate A)
- Unfasten the fixing screws
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.3.12 OPENING THE INNER GLASS DOOR
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1 above:
- Open the door
- Turn the two screws fastening the glass (Item A - Fig.21) by ¼ turn
- Gently open the glass that is hinged to the door, so that it is possible
to access the internal part
- Refit by following these steps in reverse order.
- If the baking chamber glass is replaced, the new glass must be fitted
with the smooth side facing the inside of the chamber.
- On the F50E-F100E, take care to make sure that the centre of the
recess is level with the centre of the handle
5.3.13
LCD BOARD REPLACEMENT
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace the
pyrometer proceed as follows:
F50E-F100E
- Remove the front control panel by unfastening the fixing screws;
- Remove the casing on the digital pyrometer and the corner fastenings;
- Disconnect the LCD board connectors;
- Replace the board with LCD (part. 9 tav A);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble, taking
care that the connectors are inserted in the correct poles.
NOTE:
Follow "factory default" procedure on the control unit
as per paragraph 3.5.16.
5.3.14
REPLACE CIRCUIT BOARD
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace the
pyrometer proceed as follows:
F50E-F100E
- Remove the rear panel by unfastening the fixing screws.
- Disconnect the circuit board connectors.
- Replace the circuit board (part. 38 tav A);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble, taking
care that the connectors are inserted in the correct poles.
NOTE:
Follow "factory default" procedure on the control unit
as per paragraph 3.5.16.
5.3.15
"RESET" PROCEDURE (F50E-F100E only)
The RESET operation is useful to reset the parameters to their default
settings. It is different from the "DEFAULT" operation described below,
as a set of parameters related to the current configuration is not changed;
i.e. language, time, date and set model.
Press MENU for the RESET procedure, select HELP and press
"OK", then select RESET and confirm to start the procedure. Press
"OK" to confirm or "RETURN "to cancel the operation displayed on the
screen.
NOTE:
To display the current configuration of the oven,
display the INFO tab present under the SERVICE menu.
5.3.16
"FACTORY DEFAULT" PROCEDURE (F50E-F100E
only)
If you detect any failure in the electronic operation, proceed with the
RESET procedure described in 5.3.15. If failure is not resolved or if
the LCD DISPLAY is replaced, perform the "FACTORY
DEFAULT procedure".
This procedure returns the electronic unit to the initial condition ; all data
contained within it are deleted, including oven data configuration
(model, etc.) The default operation will launch a configuration procedure
set-up that enables the oven's correct reconfiguration
The wizard requires the following information:

date/time
-
model (see serial number plate fig. 2)
WARNING!
If you are not qualified for even one of the
previous data, DO NOT perform these procedures! Contact the
manufacturer's specialized technical assistance.
WARNING!
Any Programs stored in the memory will be
deleted. Run the "EXPORT USB" procedure described in 3.2.2.1 to
save programs. After completing the Default procedure, programs
saved can be reinstalled with the "IMPORT USB" procedure
described in 3.2.2.1
Press MENU for the reset procedure and press "OK" to gain access,
press FACTORY DEFAULT and confirm. Press "OK" to confirm or
"RETURN "to cancel the operation displayed on the screen.
The configuration screens will be displayed if you press ok. Use the
up/down arrow keys to select the desired setting and press "OK" to
confirm. After data requested you will be redirected to the initial page.
RESET at this point as described in 5.3.15.
NOTE:
To display the current configuration of the oven,
display the INFO tab present under the SERVICE menu.
5.4
REPLACING
COMPARTMENT
5.4.1
REPLACING THE LIGHT BULB
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace the
light bulb and/or cover, from the inside of the leavening
compartment,proceed as follows:
- Unscrew the cover (item 16 plate B) and replace the bulb (item 8 plate
B) and/or the cover itself;
- Refasten the cover.
5.4.2
CHANGING THE BALL KNOB (F45L-F50L only)
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace the
ball knob proceed as follows:
- Open the doors of the leavening compartment;
- Remove the cap;
- Unscrew the fixing nut inside the knob;
- Replace the knob (item 2 plate B) and tighten the fixing nut;
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.4.3
REPLACING THE THERMOSTAT DIAL AND BEZEL
(F45L-F50L only)
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace the
thermostat dial and/or relative bezel, proceed as follows from the outside
of the compartment:
- Remove the snap-on thermostat dial (item 5 plate B).
- Unscrew the fixing bezel (item 6 plate B);
- Replace the bezel and/or the dial.
5.4.4
REPLACING THE THERMOSTAT DIAL (F45/50/100L

After carrying out the operations described in 5.1, to replace the
thermostat dial proceed as follows from the outside of the compartment:
- Remove the snap-on thermostat dial (item 5 plate B);
- Replace the dial.
