sure to wipe parts with satin finish in the direction of the finish.
Carefully clean all accessible parts.

Never clean the appliance with water jets or
steam cleaners. Always take care to ensure that the water or other
products used does not come into contact with electrical parts.
The use of toxic or harmful detergents is prohibited.
NOTE:
Do not clean the tempered glass in the doors while it is
still hot.
NOTE:
In particular, the outer side of the baking chamber
glass has a heatproof layer; to avoid damaging this, do not clean it
with scouring pads, abrasive materials or powdered detergents.
Wash only with warm, soapy water.
Do not use solvents, detergents containing aggressive substances
(chlorides, acids, corrosives, abrasives, etc. ...) or equipment that
could damage surfaces. Before starting up the appliance again,
make sure that none of the cleaning equipment has been left inside.

CARE OF TRAYS WITH NON-STICK COATINGS
NOTE:
How to proceed:
- Always handle coated trays with care.
- Only clean with hot water (max. 50°C in dishwashers), with neutral
pH detergents and a soft cloth.
- Use a washing pressure of less than 5 bar.
- Dry the trays before using them again.
- Take care not to drop or knock the trays while handling them.
- Do not stack.
- Store the clean tray in a suitably hygienic, dry and dust-free area.
NOTE:
What not to do:
- Never clean coated trays with sharp or pointed utensils or abrasives,
as these will damage the coating and make it less effective.
- Never wash at high pressure (above 5 bar) and never use alkaline or
aggressive cleansing solutions or products not suitable for use with
foods.
- Never heat when empty.
- Do not use if wet or damp.
- Never use at temperatures above 220°

PERIODS OF INACTIVITY
If the appliance is not to be used for long periods:
- Disconnect it from the power supply.
- Cover it to protect it from dust.
- Air the room from time to time.
- Clean it before reusing.
