Simple programme for non-specific muscle strengthening.
In conditions where an increment of muscle force is required for non-injured and/or
fully recovered muscles.
33 minutes.
No DC component, the risk for electrochemical damage (chemical burn) is minimal.
6 sequences of each 150 sec. BF.SYM., 400 µs, 35 Hz, contraction rhythm 2/3/1/12,
interval time of 3 minutes after each sequence.
Sequence of gradually increasing and decreasing stimulation (slow ramp-up and fast
ramp-down) followed by a long interval time.
Adjust intensity level until a smooth tetanic contraction occurs. Do not increase inten-
sity during operation.
Complete programme for non-specific muscle strengthening, composed of a 'warm-
ing-up', 2 training phases, multiple intervals and 'cooling-down'.
In conditions, where an increment of muscle force is required for non-injured and/or
fully recovered muscles.
22 minutes.
No DC component, the risk for electrochemical damage (chemical burn) is minimal.
IF, 2,5 kHz, AMF 10 Hz, followed by an interval of 1 min.
BF.SYM., 400 µs, 20 Hz, contraction rhythm 2/5/1/8, 4 min, followed by an interval of
2 min.
4 sequences of each 2 min. BF.SYM., 400 µs, 20 Hz, frequency sweep 45 Hz, sweep
cycle 12/12, followed by an interval of 1 min.
IF, 2,5 kHz, AMF 10 Hz 1,5 min.
Sequence of gradually increasing and decreasing stimulation, interrupted by intervals
of different duration. Strong vibrations during first and final 90 seconds.
First 90 seconds: adjust intensity until a strong vibrating sensation is felt. Than adjust
intensity level (during contraction phase) until a smooth tetanic contraction occurs.
Discontinue treatment as soon as contraction strength drops.
Complete programme for specific muscle strengthening, composed of a 'warming-up',
2 training phases, multiple intervals and 'cooling-down'.
In conditions, where an increment of the strength of non-injured and/or fully recovered
phasic (fast-twitch) muscles is required.
22 minutes.
No DC component, the risk for electrochemical damage (chemical burn) is minimal.
IF, 2p, 2,5 kHz, AMF 10 Hz, followed by an interval of 1 min.
BF.SYM., 400 µs, 50 Hz, contraction rhythm 1/4/1/14, 4 min. followed by an interval of
2 min.
4 sequences of each 2 min. BF.SYM., 400 µs, 50 Hz, frequency sweep 100 Hz, sweep
cycle 1/1, contraction rhythm 1/4/1/6, followed by an interval of 1 min.
IF, 2p, 2,5 kHz, AMF 10 Hz, 1,5 min.
Sequences of relatively short, not gradually increasing/decreasing stimulation, inter-
rupted by intervals of different duration. Strong vibrations during first and final part.
First 90 seconds: adjust intensity until a strong vibrating sensation is felt. Than adjust
intensity level (during contraction phase) until a smooth tetanic contraction occurs.
Discontinue treatment as soon as contraction strength drops.
