On selection of this function, the appliance pro-
poses a power supply of 100%, presupposing
the need to bring the water to the boil as quickly
as possible. The user may subsequently chan-
ge the power setting, selecting lower settings if
the water is boiling too vigorously.

1. Mode 1 Off

Traditional bratt pan; the lid remains open; for
preparing sautéed dishes and/or searing food;
cooking is controlled by setting the fry-top tem-
perature; the timer can be used but bear in
mind that in the event of switching to mode 2, it
automatically restarts from zero.

3. Mode 2 On
Steam bratt pan; the appliance switches to this
cooking mode when the Hold button is pressed
or automatically when suitable pressure builds
up (with the lid closed); cooking is controlled
by a number of preset power levels; the default
level is 1 (or that required for the recipe); the
timer, if set, automatically starts the countdown
when suitable pressure builds up.
4. Hold button - 4.1 When selected in Off, it al-
lows the operator to switch to Mode 2 to sto-
re recipes. When selected in On, it allows the
operator to switch to Mode 2.
5 Core Probe button - 5.1 When selected, it al-
lows the user to adjust the working temperature
of the core probe.

3. Confirmation screen for core probe positio-
ning. It is important that the temperature probe
is positioned precisely as indicated. After posi-
tioning, press OK.
NB: In slow cooking mode only, when the time
set on the timer has elapsed, in addition to
sounding an acoustic signal the appliance also
stops heating. If the timer is not set and opera-
tional, the appliance continues heating indefi-
nitely. Once set, the timer automatically begins
the countdown when when the preset water is
reached.

In the current version, the only adjustment pos-
sible is the setting of the timer. At the end of the
