1- Togliere la copiglia elastica e sfilare il
perno (1 Fig. 21) che blocca il gruppo
sul supporto (2 Fig. 21).
2- Sollevare il gruppo stesso fino a far com-
baciare i fori del gruppo e del supporto.
3- Rimettere il perno tolto assicurandolo
con la copiglia elastica.
PERICOLO:
L'uso di questo dispositivo è consi-
gliabile ogniqualvolta si deve interve-
nire sul rotore portazappe. L'aumento
dell'accessibilità al gruppo rende ogni
operazione più comoda ma, l'interven-
to deve essere eseguito assolutamen-
te con presa di forza del trattore disin-
serita, attrezzatura a terra e trattore
spento e ben fermo.
TENSIONE CATENA
Per tensionare correttamente la catena di
ciascun gruppo fresante, allentare il dado
(2 Fig. 22) e avvitare la vite di registro (1
Fig.22), controllando manualmente che
la rotazione della fresa rimanga scorrevo-
le. A registrazione ottimale, stringere bene
il dado di bloccaggio (2 Fig. 22).

1- Remove the snap split pin and side out
the pin (1 Fig. 21) which locks the unit
to the support (2 Fig. 21).
2- Using the special handle, lift the unit
itself up to the required height.
3- Replace the removed pin secuing it
with the snap split pin.
DANGER:
The use of this device is advisable
whenever intervention has to be made
on the blades rotor. The increase in
accessibility to the unit makes each
operation easier, but the operation
must be carried out with the tractor
pto disengaged, the implement
lowered to the ground, the tractor off
and at a perfect standstill.
CHAIN TENSION
To correctly tighten the chain of each
cutting unit, slacken the nut (2 Fig. 22)
and tighten the adjuster screw (1 Fig. 22),
manually checking that cutter rotation
remains smooth. Fully tighten the lock
nut (2 Fig. 22) once optimum adjustment
has been achieved.

PERICOLO:
Die Verwendung dieser Vorrichtung
empfiehlt
sich
nicht
nur
bei
Vorbereitung der Maschine auf die
Arbeits-bedingungen, sondern auch
immer dann, wenn man am Rotor, der
die Messer trägt, arbeiten muss. Die
verbesserte Zugänglichkeit zu der
Gruppe macht alle Arbeitsgänge
einfacher. Aber die Arbeit muß
unbedingt mit ausgeschalteter
Schlepperzapfwelle
ausgeführt
werden, wenn das Gerät am Boden
steht und der Schlepper ausgeschaltet
ist und stillsteht.
KETTENSPANNUNG
Um die Kette jedes Fräselements richtig
zu spannen, die Mutter (2, Abb. 22) lockern
und die Einstellschraube (1, Abb. 22)
anziehen. Von Hand prüfen, daß sich die
Fräse immer noch gut verdrehen läßt.
Wenn die Einstellung stimmt, die
Sperrmutter (2, Abb. 22) wieder fest
anziehen.

FRANÇAIS
1- Enlevez la goupille elastlque et défilez
le pivot (1Fig. 21) qul bloque le groupe
sur le support (2 Fig. 21).
2- En utilisant la poignée appropriée,
soulevez le groupe luimême à la
hauteur désirée.
3- Replacez le pivot enlevé, en le serrant
avec la goupille élastique.
PERICOLO:
L'emploi de ce dispositif, en plus aux
exigences d'emploi est conseillable
chaque fois que l'on doit intervenir sur
le rotor portelames. L'accroissement
de l'accessibilité au groupe facilite
chaque opération, l'intervention doit
être effectuée avec la prise de force du
tracteur désenclenchée, outillage au
sol et tracteur éteint et bie arrêté.
TENSION DE LA CHAINE
Pour tendre correctement la chaîne de
chaque groupe de fraisage, desserrer
l'écrou (2 Fig. 22) et visser la vis de
réglage (1 Fig. 22) tout en contrôlant
manuellement que la rotation de la fraise
soit libre. A la fin du réglage, serrer l'écrou
de blocage (2 Fig. 22).

1- Quitar la clavija elastica, y deshilar la
pierna (1 Fig. 21) que bloquea el grupo
sobre el soporte (2 Fig. 21 ).
2- Disfrutando del mando previsto, levantar
el qrupo mismo a la altura deseada.
3- Reponer la pierna quitada, asegurandola
con ia clavija elastica.
PELIGRO:
La utilizacion de dicho dispositivo, además
de las exigencias de empleo, se aconseja
partiecularmente a cada intervención
sobre el rotor porta-azadas. El
acrecimiento de la accesibilidad al grupo
hace cada operación más facíl, pero, la
intervencion se deberá llevar a cabo
siempre con la toma de fuerza del tractor
desconectada, el equipo apoyado al suelo,
el tractor apagado y bloqueado bien.
TENSION DE LA CADENA
Para dar la tensión correcta a la cadena
de cada uno de los grupos de binadura,
aflojar la tuerca (2 Fig. 22) y ajustar el
tornillo de regulación (1 Fig. 22),
controlando manualmente que la rotación
de la binadora se deslice bien. Cuando
logramos una regulación óptima apretar
bien la tuerca de bloqueo (2 Fig. 22).
