Choose pipe diameter in table, according to
length between tank and pump.
If suction corrected H exceeds 4m, have transfer
pump available (max. pressure 2 bars).

Fuel oil connection
Use the accompanying diagrams to
determine the inside diameter of the
pipes.
Two scenarios:
In direct suction:
In accordance with length (L),
suction or pressure head (H) and
any irregularities of the run;
Lengths take the presence of a ball
valve, a non-return valve and four
elbows into account.
Maximum pressure reduction:
0.4bar.
On transfer loop:
According to the type of facility,
booster pump characteristics will
have to meet several criteria:
– hourly flow,
– fluid flow speed,
– maximum boosting pressure.
This setup is preferable to ensure
that the atomization pump has a
long working life.
2
In both cases, a 120µm
filter and ball
valve (not supplied), suited to use, are
to be installed upstream of the suction
or boosting hose.
Important:
With suction:
· Completely fill suction hose with fuel
oil between atomization pump and
immersion pipe in tank.
On transfer loop:
· Fill, boost, vent and set pressure in
circuit at 3 bar max. You are
advised to include a fuel oil pressure
switch so that burner operation is
controlled by the boost pressure.
· Check for leaks.
