Pump pressure adjustment
On delivery, the pump is adjusted at 20
bars
· Remove the cap on 6
· Turn cap clockwise to increase
pressure and anti-clockwise to
decrease it (see table)
· Put the cap back with its washer
· Check for possible leaks.
Maximum negative pressure is 0.4 bar
in case of direct suction.
On boost, maximum pressure is 3 bars.
Regulator pressure adjustment
On delivery, the pump is adjusted at
10 bars
· Remove the cap on 7
· Turn cap clockwise to increase
pressure and anti-clockwise to
decrease it (see table)
· Put the cap back with its washer
· Check for possible leaks.

FUEL OIL firing :
m
Warning:
The burner may only be fired
when all the requirements listed in
the earlier sections have been
complied with, in particular the
choice of priority fuel (fuel oil).
· Install manometers :
– in 4 and 8 from 0 to 30 bars
spraying pressure (variable)
– in 5 from 0 to 6 bars :
for the boost pressure or a
vacuum gauge fro 0 to 1 bar if the
suction is direct from the tank.
· Connect a micro ammeter, scale
from 0 to 500 µA DC for polarizing,
instead of the measuring bridge
located on the TC and in the
G3/4
connection terminal block on the
G3/4
burner.
· Open the fuel valves.
· Turn on the FUEL OIL S1J - S2K -
G1/4
S4 switches.
· Close the thermostatic circuit.
G1/4
· Unlock the control and safety unit.
The burner is working during the time of
pre-ventilation :
· Drain the pump through the outlet of
a pressure connector.
· Check combustion as soon as the
flame appears : CO2 level and
blackening.
· Read the cell current (value between
200 and 500 µA).
· Check and adjust the spray pressure
(see table).
The rise in calorific value is governed
by the development of the cabinet
program and of the pulses applied on
switch S3 plus or minus, in manual
mode only.
· Check combustion.
Comply with smoke temperature
recommended by the boiler
manufacturer to achieve the effective
output required.
· Reduce power to minimum
regulation output.
· Check combustion.

Depending on measured values, while
burning is working , act on cam VI of
the servo-motor and on pressure of
regulator. Both measures work on each
other mutually.
· Return power to rated output and
check combustion. If the value has
changed following the move on the
regulator pressure, alter such values
in the required direction.
· Optimize the combustion results by:
– adjusting the secondary air
dimension Y1 according to the
procedure described in the section
entitled "adjusting combustion
implements and secondary air".
· Increase dimension Y1 : the CO2
level increases and vice versa. If
you change dimension Y1, you may
be required to adjust air flows and
fuel oil pressure on the regulator
and the pump.
· Check combustion.
Important : dimension Y1 should no
longer be tampered with.
Check operation during :
Ignition, and when power is increased
or decreased.
· Remove combustion implements
· Check general state of the following:
deflector, nozzles, end- piece and
electrodes.
· Improve adjustments, if required.
· Reassemble unit
· Check fuel oil circuit for any leaks.
Maximum negative pressure of 0.4
bar, in case of direct suction from
tank.
· Remove manometers and vacuum
gauge from fuel oil circuit.
· Proceed with adjustment and control
of safety devices.
The adjustments and control of the
safety devices are similar to those
obtaining in section.
