MAKING ICE CREAM WITH NXT1 L'AUTOMATICA IGREEN
Preparation times and storage phases are set automatically by the machine software, according to
the constant reading of the room temperature and density of the mixture.
How to proceed:
Ensure that the voltage indicated on the data plate matches the mains voltage. Insert the power plug into the
socket.
The electronic board will perform an initialisation check, lighting all LEDs on the control panel, after which only
the dim lighting of the start button (L.1) will remain.
The machine is ready for use.
Pour the mixture
Place the transparent cover (D)
Press and hold the start button (L.1) on the control panel (L) for two seconds
The machine starts an automatic ice cream
production cycle.
The progress of the preparation is indicated
by the gradual lighting of the LEDs on the
TIME LINE bar (L.2).
At the end of the cycle, or when the ice
cream has reached the consistency
established by the software, the machine
changes to the storage phase.
The storage phase is indicated by the
lighting of all LEDs of the TIME LINE bar,
storage button (L.3) and central LED of the
DENSITY CONTROL bar (L.4).
The machine automatically manages the
freezing and cooling equipment and,
operating the blade and the cold supply
accordingly.
The ice cream can be stored for no more
than 8 hours, after which the machine
switches off automatically.
When you have used the fixed bowl and
want to extract the ice cream, remove as
much as possible with the spatula (E) or a
plastic or wooden utensil. Remove the ring
(M) and then the blade (B). Reinsert the ring
(M) before removing the ice cream left in
the bowl. This step prevents the ice cream
or other ingredients from infiltrating under
the seal and therefore, into the machine.
Another ice cream can be prepared after a
brief standby time (approx. 10 minutes), by
repeating the steps described.
After use, turn off the switch (L1) and
disconnect the machine from the mains.
