Operation
If message E9 appears
Message E9 means that at least one error occurred
during the optimisation cycle. Exit the optimisation
program by pressing the STOP (5) key and repeat
optimisation if necessary.
Option 2: Do not invert the tyre on the rim.
• Press the FINE (3) key.
The result is recalculated.
Indication OP.7 - II, H0 or H2 appears.
• To go to II - OP.7 (tyre inversion) press the FINE (3)
key.
Option 3: Abort optimisation
• Exit the OP program and return to the balancing
program by pressing the STOP key (5).
The unbalance on the wheel will be displayed.
• Perform compensation according to the indication.
If indication OP.7 - II appears (Fig. 5-37)
It is recommended to turn the tyre on the rim (the right
indication marks light up permanently).
Option 1: turn the tyre on the rim (adjustment program)
• Turn the wheel according to the right direction
indication and make a double mark on the right side
of the tyre exactly perpendicular to and above the
main shaft (Fig. 5-38).
• Remove the wheel from the unit.
• Readjust the tyre on the rim until the double mark
coincides with the valve (Fig. 5-39).
• Clamp the wheel on the unit and readjust it so that
the valve is exactly perpendicular to and above the
main shaft.
• Press ENTER (1) to acquire the valve position.
Indication OP.8 appears (Fig. 5-34).
• Start the check run (START).
If optimisation has been carried out correctly (according
to the program cycle), after the check run the machine
returns to the weight application position selected
before optimisation and indicates the residual dynamic
unbalance of the wheel.
• Perform compensation according to the indication.
In this way optimisation is completed and unbalance
compensation is carried out.
If message E9 appears

Option 2: do not adjust the tyre on the rim
• Exit the OP program and return to the balancing
program by pressing the STOP key (5).
The unbalance on the wheel will be displayed.
• Perform compensation according to the indication.
