Starterseil soweit herausziehen, daß ca. eine
Umdrehung abgewickelt ist. Seil in Ausspa-
rung der Seilrolle einlegen und Starterfeder
durch Linksdrehen der Seilrolle entspannen.
Federstecker, Kulisse und Klinke abnehmen.
Seilrolle von der Starterachse vorsichtig
abheben.
Hinweis: Bei Verschleiß am Starterseil ein
neues Seil einlegen; dabei Knoten wie auf Bild
verwenden. Die Enden müssen verschweißt
sein. Seillänge ohne Knoten: 1000 mm
Seildurchmesser: 4,2 mm
Herausgesprungene Feder entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn von außen nach innen in
Startergehäuse einlegen.

Pull out starter rope to the point where
approximately one rotation is wound off.
Lay rope in the notch of the rope pulley and
release starter spring by turning the rope
pulley counter-clockwise.
Remove pin, template and pawl.
Carefully remove rope pulley from the starter
shaft.
Note: Replace starter rope if worn, use the
same knot as shown in the illustration. Fuse
both ends of the rope.
Rope length without knots: 39.4" (1000 mm)
Rope diameter: 0.165" (4.2 mm)
If the spring has come out and needs to be
put back in, wind counter-clockwise, from
outside to inside.
Sacar la cuerda del arrancador hasta que se
haya desentrollado casi una vuelta.
Colocar la cuerda en el escote del rollo de la
cuerda y tensar el muelle del arrancador
haciendo girar el rollo de la cuerda hacia la
izquierda.
Retirar la clavija elástica, la colisa y el
trinquete. Levantar con cuidado el rollo de
cable del eje del arrancador.
Recomendación: Colocar una cuerda de
arranque nueva si ésta está averiada. Para tal
efecto, utilizar nudos como los que aparecen
en la figura. Los extremos deben ser
calentados con fuego.
Longitud de la cuerda sin nudos: 1000 mm
Diámetro de la cuerda: 4,2 mm
Colocar el resorte estirado en sentido
antihorario de afuera hacia adentro en la
caja del arrancador.
