2.4 Desmontaje y montaje de la cubierta frontal

Con referencia a la Fig. 2.4.1, para quitar la cubierta
frontal del humidificador, proceda del siguiente
modo:
• gire 90° la placa oval con el logo CAREL,
hasta que se vea el tornillo de puesta a tierra;
• quite el tornillo con un destornillador;
• sujete la cubierta por los lados y súbala unos 2
cm., desenganchando los perfiles de los bordes
en relieve de la cubierta y de la base de la estruc-
tura;
• quite la cubierta tirando de ella hacia adelante.
Para cerrar el aparato, proceda del siguiente modo:
• gire la placa oval con el logo CAREL, hasta
descubrir el taladro de fijación;
• deslice la cubierta sobre la estructura, mantenién-
dola en una posición ligeramente elevada,hasta
que descanse en los bordes traseros, y después
bájela, enfilando los perfiles superior e inferior en
los bordes respectivos de la cubierta y de la base
de la estructura; compruebe que el taladro de fija-
ción de debajo del logo coincide con el buje rosca-
do soldado a la estructura;
• fije el tornillo de tierra con un destornillador;
• cierre (gire) la placa oval con el logo CAREL.
Para los humidificadores de 25 a 65kg/h
Para quitar la cubierta frontal, proceda del siguiente modo:
• gire 90º , la placa oval con el logotipo CAREL,
hasta que se vea el tornillo de tierra;
• quite el tornillo con un destornillador;
• sujete la cubierta utilizando las manillas latera-
les y elévela prestando atención a que los
enganches que se se encuentran en los lados
queden liberados de la estructura;
• quite la cubierta deslizándola hacia adelante.
Para cerrar el aparato, proceda del siguiente
modo:
• gire la placa roja oval con el logo CAREL hasta
descubrir el taladro de fijación;
• deslice la cubierta sobre la estructura, mante-
niéndola en una posición ligeramente elevada,
hasta que los ganchos encajen en la estructu-
ra; compruebe que el taladro de fijación de
debajo del logo coincida con el buje roscado
soldado a la estructura;
• fije el tornillo de tierra con un destornillador;
• cierre (gire) la placa oval con el logo CAREL.
2.4 Removal and reassembly of the front cover
With reference to Fig. 2.4.1, to remove the front
cover of the humidifier, proceed as follows:
• turn the oval-shaped plate with the CAREL logo
90°, revealing the head of the ground screw
below;
• remove the screw using a screwdriver;
• hold the cover by the sides and lift it around 2
cm., removing the end strips from the protruding
edges of the cover and the base of the structure;
• remove the cover by moving it forwards
To close the appliance, proceed as follows:
• turn the oval-shaped plate with the CAREL logo,
revealing the fastening hole below;
• slip the cover onto the structure, keeping it slightly
raised, until it rests on the rear edges, and then
move it downwards, slotting upper and lower end

strips into the edges of the cover and the base of
the structure respectively; check that the fastening
hole below the logo is in line with the threaded
bush on the structure;
• tighten the ground screw using a screwdriver;
• close (turn) the oval-shaped plate with the CAREL
logo.
For the humidifiers from 25 to 65kg/h
To remove the front cover, proceed as follows:

• turn the oval-shaped plate with the CAREL
logo 90°, revealing the head of the ground
screw below;
• remove the screw using a screwdriver;
• hold the cover using the side handles and lift it
upwards, making sure that the hooks on the
sides are removed from the structure;
• remove the cover by sliding it off forwards.
To close the appliance, proceed as follows:
• turn the red oval-shaped plate with the CAREL
logo, revealing the fastening hole below;
• slip the cover onto the structure, keeping it
slightly raised, until the hooks slide into the
structure; check that the fastening hole below
the logo is in line with the threaded bush on
the structure;
• tighten the ground screw using a screwdriver;
• close (turn) the oval-shaped plate with the
CAREL logo.
