Este humidificador produce vapor no presurizado por medio de
electrodos inmersos en el agua contenida en el cilindro-caldera
(cilindro). Los electrodos pasan corriente eléctrica a través del agua,
la cual, al ofrecer resistencia eléctrica, se calienta; el vapor producido
se utiliza para humectar el ambiente o los procesos industriales, por
medio de distribuciones especiales.
La calidad del agua utilizada influye en el proceso de evaporización,
por lo que el aparato puede ser alimentado con agua no tratada,
siempre que ésta sea potable y no desmineralizada (ver 3.1); el
agua evaporada se repone automáticamente a través de una válvula
de rellenado.
Este aparato ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para humectar
directamente ambientes o conductos, a través de un sistema de
distribución. La instalación, el uso y el mantenimiento de la unidad se
deben realizar según las instrucciones contenidas en este manual y en
las etiquetas aplicadas interna y externamente en la unidad.
Las condiciones ambientales y de la tensión de alimentación
deben corresponder a los valores especificados.
Cualquier otro uso o modificación realizados al equipo sin
autorización del fabricante será considerado incorrecto.
La responsabilidad por lesiones o daños causados por el uso
inadecuado del equipo recaerá exclusivamente en el usuario.
Tenga en cuenta que esta máquina contiene elementos eléctricos
bajo tensión y superficies calientes.
Todas las operaciones de servicio y mantenimiento deben ser
realizadas por personal experto y cualificado, consciente de las
precauciones necesarias.
Antes de acceder a las partes internas, quite la corriente de la
máquina.
El aparato debe ser instalado de acuerdo con la normativa local
vigente.
Se debe aplicar en cualquier caso la normativa de seguridad
vigente.
INFORMACIÓN PARA LOS USUARIOS PARA EL CORRECTO TRA-
TAMIENTO DE LOS RESIDUOS DE APARATOS ELÉCTRICOS Y
ELECTRÓNICOS (RAEE)
Con referencia a la Directiva 2002/96/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del
Consejo del 27 de enero 2003 y a las relativas normativas nacionales
de actuación, Les informamos que:
1. existe la obligación de no eliminar los RAEE como residuos urbanos
y de realizar, para dichos residuos, una recolección separada;
2. para la eliminación se deben utilizar los sistemas de recolección
públicos o privados previstos por las leyes locales. Además resulta
posible devolver al distribuidor el equipo al final de su vida útil en
caso de adquisición de un equipo nuevo.
3. este equipo puede contener sustancias peligrosas: una utilización
impropia o una eliminación no correcta podría tener efectos

ATTACHED TO THE MACHINE.
This humidifier produces non-pressurised steam by means of
electrodes immersed in the water contained in the cylinder-boiler
(hereafter called the cylinder). The electrodes pass electrical current
through the water, which, offering electrical resistance, is heated; the
steam produced is used to humidify environments or industrial
processes, using special distributors.
The quality of the water used affects the process of evaporation, and
as a result the appliance may be supplied with untreated water, as
long as this is drinkable and not demineralised (see 3.1); the
evaporated water is automatically replaced using a filling valve.
This appliance has been designed exclusively to directly humidify
rooms or ducts, using a distribution system. The installation, use and
maintenance operations must be carried out according to the
instructions contained in this manual and on the labels applied
internally and externally.
The conditions of the environment and the power supply voltage
must comply with the specified values.
All other uses and modifications made to the device that are not
authorised by the manufacturer are considered incorrect.
Liability for injury or damage caused by the incorrect use of the
device lies exclusively with the user.
Please note that the machine contains powered electrical devices
and hot surfaces.
All service and/or maintenance operations must be performed by
specialist and qualified personnel who are aware of the necessary
precautions and are capable of performing the operations
correctly.
Disconnect the machine from the mains power supply before
accessing any internal parts.
The appliance must be installed in accordance with the local
standards in force. The local safety standards in force must be
applied in all cases.
INFORMATION FOR USERS ON THE CORRECT HANDLING OF
WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE)
In reference to European Community directive 2002/96/EC issued on
27 January 2003 and the related national legislation, please note that:
1. WEEE cannot be disposed of as municipal waste and such waste
must be collected and disposed of separately;
2. the public or private waste collection systems defined by local
legislation must be used. In addition, the equipment can be returned
to the distributor at the end of its working life when buying new
equipment.
3. the equipment may contain hazardous substances: the improper use
or incorrect disposal of such may have negative effects on human
health and on the environment;
