Fan plate and fan blade
TDR 5+5 and TDR 8+8:
The fan plate with grid in the top part of the unit, must be cleaned at least once every month,
depending on the amount of dirt. As such, an optimal ventilation is ensured. If not, the grilling
process will last longer and the unit can get overheated.
The fan plate can be removed by loosening two winged nuts (see figure 4.1). This plate
hinges at two points at the sides. After pivoting, the plate can be removed from the unit and
cleaned.

Fan blade
The fan axis must be checked for pollution monthly. If needed, clean it with a cloth and grill
cleaning agent (see figure 4.2).
