USE AND OPERATION
Safety thermostat
If the safety thermostat is tripped, the appli-
ance has to be restored to the initial working
conditions as follows.
Allow the oil to cool to 30-40°C.
1)
Open the hatch (A).
2)
Press the button (B) of the safety thermostat
3)
tripped to restore the gas supply .
NOTE: To identify the thermostat that
has tripped, check which burner has turned
off and press the relevant button.
Close the hatch (A).
4)
Combustion control unit
If the combustion control unit is tripped, the
appliance has to be restored to the initial work-
ing conditions as follows.
Press the button (C) Reset Gas to restore the

gas supply.
SIf the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy
period, proceed as follows.
Cut off the mains electricity supply using the

appliance's master switch.
Turn off the gas supply tap.

Clean the appliance and the surrounding ar-

eas thoroughly.

Spread a fi lm of edible oil over the stainless
