Keep the machine and the working area clean so as to prevent dust from entering the
moving parts.
-Lubricate the entire moving side of the machine weekly.
-Set a dehumidifier near the air compressor so as to reduce the amount of water in the
air entering the machine.
Keep the work area clean.
Never use compressed air, water jets or solvents to remove dirt or deposits from the
machine. When cleaning the area, take steps to avoid building up and raising dust as
far as possible.

12. INFORMATION ABOUT SCRAPPING

If the machine is to be scrapped, remove all electrical, electronic, plastic and metal parts
Dispose of them separately, as provided for by local regulations in force.

13. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION

The following disposal procedure must be applied to the machines having the crossed-
out bin symbol on their data plate
This product may contain substances that can be hazardous to the environment and to
human health if it is not disposed of properly.
We therefore provide you with the following information to prevent releases of these
substances and to improve the use of natural resources.

-Loosen the 4 bolts (A, Fig. 49a).
Adjust the belt tension with the motor
height adjustment nuts (B, Fig. 49a).
Retighten the bolts (A).
