CLEANING THE COOKTOP
Cleaning and maintenance
Important: Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning work, DISCONNECT
the appliance from the POWER supply and ensure that it is completely cool.
Clean the countertop surface
Wipe spills from countertop surface as soon as possible after use. Always make sure
the surface is cool enough before cleaning.
Use a soft cloth or kitchen paper to clean the surface. If the spill has dried on the
surface, you may need to use a specialized glass-ceramic glass cleaner, available in
most supermarkets.
Do not use other abrasive cleaners and/or metal wool etc. as it may scratch the
ceramic glass surface of your hob.
