Under any circumstances, make sure that the ceramic hob is well ventilated and
that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked.
Make sure the ceramic hob is in good working order. As shown below:
Note: The safety distance between the glass-ceramic plate and the cabinet or
extractor hood above the glass-ceramic plate must be at least 760 mm.

FOAM GASKET INSTALLATION
Before inserting the hob into the kitchen worktop opening, the supplied foam gasket (in
a plastic bag) must be placed on the bottom of the hob.
Do not install the plate without the foam gasket!
The gasket must be fixed to the countertop by the following method:
▪ Remove the protective film from the gasket.
▪ Then place the gasket on the bottom of the glass, next to the edge.
▪ The gasket must be placed along the entire edge of the glass and must not overlap in
the corners.
▪ When installing the gasket, make sure that the glass does not come into contact with
any sharp objects.
