Bloquee el manillar en posición de marcha de manera

que la dirección quede bloqueada.
Afloje los dos tornillos (1) de la brida del eje de la rue-
X
da.
Destornille y saque los dos tornillos (2).
X
Desplace suficientemente el soporte guardabarros (3)
X
y desenrosque el eje de la rueda (4).

Para facilitar la extracción del eje de la rueda,
levante moderadamente la rueda.
Extraiga manualmente el eje de la rueda (4).
X
Guarde el distanciador (5) (lado izquierdo).
X

Durante el desmontaje controle la posición
del mando velocímetro/cuentakilómetros, le
resultará útil para volver a instalarlo correctamente.
Desmonte el reenvío velocímetro/cuentakilómetros (6)
X
del alojamiento de la rueda guardando el anillo de jun-
ta transmisión (7) y el anillo de arranque (8).
Extraiga la rueda poniendo cuidado al sacar el disco
X
de la pinza del freno.

No accione la palanca del freno delantero tras
haber extraído la rueda porque en caso con-
trario los émbolos de la pinza del freno po-
drían salirse de sus alojamientos, causando la pérdi-
da del líquido de los frenos.

7.2.2 SUSTITUCION COJINETES

Lea con cuidado 1.4 (PRECAUCIONES E INFORMA-
CIONES GENERALES).

Después de cada desmontaje controle los co-
jinetes y, si es necesario, sustitúyalos.
Con un trapo limpie los dos lados del cubo.

Golpear sobre una herramienta adecuada (que tenga
X
un diámetro igual al anillo interior de los cojinetes)
apoyada contra el anillo interior del cojinete de la iz-
quierda, empuje hacia afuera, en el siguiente orden: el
retén (9), el cojinete derecho (10), el distanciador inte-
rior (11) y el cojinete izquierdo (12).
Limpie muy bien el interior del cubo.

Para montar nuevamente los cojinetes, utilice
una herramienta con diámetro igual al anillo
exterior de los cojinetes.
Los componentes deben montarse del lado contrario
al disco de freno, controlando que el cojinete (12)
haga tope perfectamente.
No golpee sobre las bolas y/o sobre el anillo interior.

Lave todos los componentes con detergente
limpio.

Have the handlebars held still in driving position, so

that the steering is locked.
Loosen the two screws (1) of the wheel pin clamp.
X
Unscrew and remove the two screws (2).
X
Move the mudguard support (3) as much as necessary
X
and unscrew the wheel pin (4).

To facilitate the extraction of the wheel pin,
slightly raise the wheel.
Extract the wheel pin (4) manually.
X
Take the spacer (5) (left side).
X

Upon removal, check the position of the
speedometer/odometer control: it will be use-
ful during the reassembly.
Remove the speedometer/odometer control (6) from
X
the wheel seat, taking the control sealing ring (7) and
the traction ring (8).
Remove the wheel, carefully withdrawing the disc from
X
the brake caliper.

Never pull the front brake lever after removing
the wheel, otherwise the caliper pins may go
out of their seats, thus causing the outflow of
the brake fluid.
7.2.2 CHANGING THE BEARINGS
Read 1.4 carefully (PRECAUTIONS AND GENERAL
INFORMATION).

The bearings must be checked and if neces-
sary changed every time they are disassem-
bled.
Clean both sides of hub with a clean cloth.

Hit against a suitable punch (with diameter equal to the
X
inner ring of the bearings) resting on the inner ring of
the left bearing.
Push out the following parts in the given order: the seal
(9), the right bearing (10), the inner spacer (11), and
the left bearing (12).
Thoroughly clean the inside of the hub.

Upon reassembly, to insert the bearings use a
punch with diameter equal to the outer ring of
the bearings.
The components must be reassembled from the op-
posite side of the brake disc, making sure that the
bearing (12) is perfectly in contact.
Do not strike against the balls and/or the inner ring.

Wash all the components with a clean deter-
gent.
