cause.
• State of the flame plane of the burning.
This control is made extracting the box con-
taining the burner from the back of the oven
and removing its upper part. In this way you
can reach the burner and verify the presence
of possible residues or dirt on the flame plane,
near the flame holes. Clean any possible resi-
due.
Make sure that the flame plane is not dama-
ged (presence of cracks or fissures). IN THIS
CASE, SEARCH AND REMOVE THE CAUSE OF
THE BREAK (too high gas pressure, wrong noz-
zle for the type of gas used, oven positioned
on a no-horizontal surface, water leaks on the
flame plane, etc.). In case of break, provide
immediately for the substitution of the burner.
• State of the chimneys
This inspection is based on the control of the
chimneys. If they have suffered deformations
or present cracks or fissures, FIND OUT AND
DELETE THE CAUSE OF THE BREAK (too high
gas pressure, wrong nozzle for the type of
gas used, oven positioned on a no-horizontal
surface, water leaks on the flame plane, etc.).
In case of break, provide immediately for the
substitution of the chimneys.
• State of the turbulators
This control is made extracting the turbulators
from the chimneys and verifying their integrity
(no cracks or fissures). Moreover you need to
check the presence of soot. In case of presen-
ce of soot or fissures FIND OUT AND DELETE THE
CAUSE OF THE BREAK (too high gas pressure,
wrong nozzle for the type of gas used, oven
positioned on a no-horizontal surface, water
leak on the flame plane, etc.). In case of break,
provide immediately for the substitution of the
turbulators.
Once you have made all the controls and the
necessary substitutions proceed with a new
control of the combustion.
