REPAIRING HYDRAULIC PARTS
2.2.1
Dismantling the head – liners – valves
The head does not require any routine maintenance.
Operations are limited to inspection or replacement of valves,
if necessary.
Proceed as follows to remove the valve units:
Unscrew the M10x140 head liner fixing screws without
removing them (pos. , Fig. 94), in such a way as to free them.
Unscrew the two diametrically opposed M16x320 head fixing
screws (pos. and , Fig. 95) and replace them with two
screw-slave pins (code 27540200) (pos. , Fig. 96), then take
out the remaining screws.
Separate the head and the spacer for the liners from the pump
casing (pos. , Fig. 97).
Remove the liner spacer from the liner units (pos. , Fig. 98).
