Selecting bus addresses
Controllers are supplied with the bus address 0. OFF is
displayed as the bus address.
When in this status (OFF), the cabinets / controllers are
not registered in the bus system.
In order to identify cabinets in the bus system, you have to
assign each one an address from 01 upwards. Before
allocating addresses, the cabinets must be linked up using an
appropriate bus cable. The last participant must be fitted with
a terminating resistor. We recommend entering the addresses
following the actual sequence in which the cabinets are wired
up.
Procedure for assigning addresses:
1)
Press the STAND BY/RESET button: - - - will appear
in the display and the unit is now switched off.
2)
The +/- button must be pressed 3 times within 1.5
seconds. The display alternates between Adr. and the
address number. For the first cabinet, the display would
alternate between ADR and OFF.
3)
By pressing the +/- button, you can now assign the
next free address on the bus. Press the button once and the
next free address will appear.
o Briefly hold down the +/- button to jump straight to the next
highest bus address.
o
Hold down the +/- button for longer to quickly scroll through
the bus addresses. Run through the loop from OFF to
maximum address number.
4)
After 5s, the value is adopted and - - - appears in the
display. The controller must be switched on using the STAND
BY/RESET button.
5)
Assign the addresses for the remaining cabinets using
the same procedure as in steps 1 – 4. The next free address
is always selected automatically.

The recommended storage temperatures are e.g.

Minced meat:
Dairy products:
Fresh milk:
Fruit/vegetables:
Ensure that the products to be stored are put into storage at
the specified temperature.
If using model range (S) cabinets to store meat and minced
meat, we would strongly recommend not changing the setting
of the electronic thermostat. The present value is optimal for
storing minced meat within the temperature tolerances
required. The relevant statutory rulings must be observed.
