CRAB DUMPLINGS WITH CREAMY GUACAMOLE
260 °C
400 g of crab meat
100 g of flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
1 tbsp of grated ginger
1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped
1 tbsp of chopped thyme
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
5 cl of semi-skimmed milk
3 ripe avocados
1 tbsp of guacamole spices
2 tbsp of double cream
Juice of one lime
1/2 bunch of coriander, chopped
5 cl of olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
• Mix the crab meat with the flour, egg, chilli, ginger, parsley, thyme, garlic and onion.
• Add the milk to get the right consistency.
• Set aside.
• Blend the avocados with the guacamole spices, lime juice, cream and coriander.
• Season and set aside in a cool place.
• Switch on the appliance and preheat the griddle plate.
• Grease the plate and place small dollops of crab stuffing (about one teaspoonful).
• Cook each side for about 2 minutes.
• Set aside in a warm place.
• Place the dumplings in a small basket and the guacamole in a jar.
• Eat the dumplings with a little guacamole.
