1 - INTRODUCTION
1.5 Warranty
•
The Company guarantees all the compressors and pneumatic tools of its production for 2 years starting from the purchase
date in the invoice or in any other document with legal value. Warranty on gasoline or diesel engines will be covered by the
manufacturer of these engines and also time period stated by them. Refer to your instruction book on engines.
•
The warranty is to be considered valid only if the installation and use of the compressor and/or tools have been carried out
according to the instructions indicated in the Use and Maintenance Manual or the written instructions by the Authorized
Service Points personnel.
•
Originally damaged or faulty parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
•
The purchaser shall pay for the labour and transport costs.
•
All the parts subject to wear (belts, filters, blades, seals, etc.) are not subject to the warranty
•
The eventual costs of intervention performed by the Company's personnel (inspections, disassembling and assembling
operations) caused by a wrong working, not due to manufacture faults, are not included in the warranty.
•
Replacements or repairs of faulty equipment, when warranty is claimed by users, can only be authorized by accredited
Service Points personnel and their decision is final.
•
The Company shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to people, animals or things, due to improper
use or maintenance of the compressor and/or tools. The warranty is limited to the manufacture defects.
•
The warranty is lost in case of tampering and /or even small changes and in case of use of non-original spare parts.
•
In any case the replacement of the compressor and/or tool is excluded.
WARNING!
When asking for a repair in warranty, according to the points mentioned above, it is necessary to enclose the warranty
card, properly filled in, and the corresponding proof of purchase with date of purchase (invoice or any other document
with legal value).

The manufacturer disclaims all responsibility if the precautions below are not taken.
2.1 General precautions
Always use adequate clothing as called for by the job. Wear tight clothing. Do not wear ties, necklaces or belts
which may get caught in moving parts. Use a helmet, safety shoes and gloves.
Do not operate, service or repair the equipment if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs which can
impair your alertness or co-ordination.
Only well trained and qualified personnel should use the equipment.
Keep children and animals away from the equipment.
Do not alter the pilot valve, the safety valve and the air tank.
The user is responsible for injury caused to bystanders and damage to equipment.
