Buick Century 1982–1996
1. Remove the (4) screws from the top, inside edge of the plastic trim ring.
2. Remove (5) Phillips screws from both sides of the steering column.
3. Remove (3) Phillips screws holding the rocker switch housing and lift the
housing out.
4. Unsnap and remove the plastic trim ring from around the factory radio.

5. Remove the factory radio from the dashboard and disconnect wiring from the
rear of the unit.
6. Remove the original brackets that mount the factory radio to the dash.
(Figure B)
Note: Keep the old brackets for mounting the new radio and discard the old
factory radio.

1. Carefully unsnap the climate control trim ring and then remove the (4)
torx-head screws exposed underneath. (Figure A)
2. Pull the steering collar back, then carefully unsnap and remove the plastic trim
ring around the factory radio. Set this trim ring aside.
3. Remove the factory radio from the dashboard and disconnect wiring from the
rear of the unit.
4. Remove the original brackets that mount the factory radio to the dash.

Note: Keep the old brackets for mounting the new radio and discard the old
factory radio.
