1. Remove the (2) Phillips screws from the driver's side service panel.
2. Using a flat-blade screwdriver, carefully lift off the plastic trim piece located
above the glove box and remove the (1) Phillips screw.
3. Remove the (3) Phillips screws from the top edge of the plastic trim ring around
the factory radio. (1) Screw from the lower left corner of the glove box and (1)
from the parking brake release. (Figure A)
4. Now carefully unsnap and remove the plastic trim ring from around the factory radio.
5. Remove the (4) Phillips screws holding the factory radio in the dashboard,
remove the radio and disconnect wiring from the rear of the unit.
6. Locate the Metra Bracket Set #4. Then, using wire cutters, cut and remove all
mounting tabs on the Bracket Set EXCEPT the tabs marked on the back with a
letter "B". (Figure B)

1. Remove the glove box by removing the clip holding the door strap and (4)
Phillips screws that securing the glove box.
2. Remove the (2) Phillips screws located below the cigarette lighter housing and
the (3) Phillips screws below the steering column. (Figure A)
3. Remove the (1) Phillips screw from the top, left-hand side of the factory radio unit.
4. Now carefully unsnap and remove the plastic trim ring from around the factory radio.
5. Remove the radio and disconnect wiring from the rear of the unit.
6. Remove the original brackets that mount the factory radio to dash.

Note: Keep the old brackets for mounting the new radio.
