Buick Riviera 1983-1985

1. Carefully unsnap and remove the plastic trim ring around the factory radio.
(Figure A)
2. Remove the (4) Phillips screws holding the radio in the dashboard, remove the
radio and disconnect wiring from the rear of the unit.
3. Remove the original brackets that mount the factory radio to the dash.
(Figure B)
Note: Keep the old brackets for mounting the new radio.
Continue to "Installation Instructions, ALL VEHICLES".

Buick Riviera 1990-1995

1. Remove the (2) torx-head screws above the instrument cluster. (Figure A)
2. Remove the (1) torx-head screw from each of the A/C vents. (Figure A)
3. Carefully unsnap and remove the plastic trim ring from around the factory radio.
4. Remove the (4) Phillips screws holding the factory radio in the dashboard,
remove the radio and disconnect wiring from the rear of the unit.
5. Remove the original brackets that mount the factory radio to dash.
(Figure B)
Note: Keep the old brackets for mounting the new radio and discard the old
factory radio.
