Connect the torch to the ORBITWIN SW output channel

1. Attach the strain relief (8).
2. Connect the control cable (9).
3. Connect the welding power plug (-) (10) and welding power socket (+) (11).
4. Connect the coolant connection, blue (12) and red (13).
5. Connect the gas hose (14).

Repeat the procedure for the second output channel.
The overall system is now switched on via the ORBIMAT main switch and is ready to operate.
The respective operating instructions have to be read when setting up the power supply and the weld torch.

Burns through arc!
If persons trip over the hose package, the plug could be pulled out of the welding power
supply and an arc may arise.
X Lay the hose package in such a manner that it is not under tension.
X Ensure that the hose package does not represent a tripping hazard.
X Attach the strain relief.
The danger exists of unintentionally operating the ignition function when connecting or
disconnecting a weld torch from the switching device.
