3. OPERATION
3.1. USE
The CP series of conservation units are designed for
the conservation of foodstuffs.
All CPs can work from +15 to -30°C.
In particular

In positive mode (+15 / -5°C), they are suitable for the
conservation of fresh products or, for short periods, of
cooked foods.
