TROUBLESHOOTING
If an error occurs with a charging session in progress, it will be interrupted and the
socket will be unlocked to allow you to disconnect the plug.
The following table provides a list of errors that can occur with the troubleshooting.
If the error persists, please contact Customer Service providing the wallbox serial
number on the product label to receive further information.

Troubleshooting
Check if the eProWallbox circuit breaker is ON.
Disconnect the Type 2 cable, wait for the temperature to fall, then the error will clear itself.
In order to restart the charging session, plug in the cable again.
Make sure that the installation site is compatible with the temperature range (-25°C/+50°C, without
direct exposure to sunlight).
Restart eProWallbox from the circuit breaker in the electrical panel, leaving the eProWallbox switched
off for at least 60 seconds.
