Troubleshooting
Restart eProWallbox from the circuit breaker in the electrical panel, leaving the eProWallbox switched
off for at least 60 seconds.
If socket is damaged avoid using charging station and contact customer service.
Check that the problem is neither cable nor vehicle related and attempt another charging session
(if possible with another vehicle or another cable)
Unplug and plug in again the cable connector, making sure it is fully inserted inside the charging sta-
tion socket and vehicle inlet.
