NOTE: Carefully read the hazards
mentioned in section "Hazards and safety
provisions during servicing" of the "user in-
struction manual".
Keep the appliance at peak effi ciency by car-
rying out the scheduled servicing procedures
recommended by the manufacturer. Proper
servicing will ensure the best performance, a
longer working life and constant maintenance
of safety requirements.
WARNING: Before carrying out any
servicing procedure, activate all the safety
devices provided and decide whether staff
at work and those in the vicinity should be
informed.
In particular, close the gas supply tap, cut off
the electricity supply using the switch discon-
nector and prevent access to all devices that
might cause unexpected danger and damage
to people's health and safety if activated.

Also make sure that, during the servic-
ing procedure, the operator is always able
to check whether the plug is disconnected
from the power outlet.
Every 100 operating hours have skilled, autho-
rised personnel carry out the following operations:
– Check the gas pressure and system tightness.
– Check the effi ciency of the safety thermo-
couple.
– Check that the safety thermostat is working
correctly.
– Check that the electrical system is in good
working order.
– Grease the gas tap.
