Smontaggio perni forcelle cambio ed albero comando forcelle (pagg. F.16- F.17)
- Togliere i due perni (A) delle forcelle e le forcelle (B), (C) e (D).
- Rimuovere i due alberi del cambio contemporaneamente, recuperando il rasamento tra semicarter sinistro ed albero secondario.
- Sfilare l'albero comando selettore (1).
Svitare le due viti (2) con esagono interno da 4 mm, sfilare la piastrina (3) ed il rocchetto selettore dentato (4).
- Con chiave a tubo da 13 mm svitare la vite (5) di fissaggio del salterello fissa marce (6) e rimuovere quest'ultimo con la molla (7).
- Svitare la vite (8) con chiave da 12 mm.
- Rimuovere l'albero comando forcelle (9) completo di cuscinetto e tamburo selettore.
- Togliere l'anello elastico dalla parte terminale dell'albero avviamento.
- Togliere la molla.
- Rimuovere il distanziale liberando l'estremit interna della molla con un cacciavite.
- Togliere la molla dall'albero avviamento.
- Rimuovere l'albero avviamento completo dal lato esterno del basamento recuperando le rosette di rasamento da riutilizzare al rimontag-
gio.
- Invertire quest'ordine quando si rimonta il gruppo avviamento precaricando opportunamente la molla.
Disassembling the gearbox fork pins and the fork control shaft (pages F.16-F.17)
- Remove the two fork pins (A) and the forks (B), (C) and (D).
- Remove the two gearbox shafts at the same time, and retrieve the shim between the left half-casing and the transmission shaft.
- Withdraw the selector control shaft (1)
- Remove the two 4 mm Allen screws (2) then remove the plate (3) and the sprocket of the gear sector (4).
- Using a 13 mm pipe wrench remove the screw (5) that secures the gear speed (6) setting pawl, including the spring (7).
- Remove the screw (8) with a 12 mm wrench.
- Remove the fork control shaft (9) assy. with bearing and drum.
- Remove the spring ring from the end of the start shaft.
- Remove the spring.
- Remove the spacer to free the spring internal end using a screwdriver. Remove the spring from the shaft.
- Remove the complete start shaft from the external side of the base, and retrieve the shim washers which must be used when reassembling.
- Revert this order, and opportunely preload the spring, when the starting unit is reassembled.
Démontage pivots fourche de la boite des vitesses et l'arbre de commande fourches (pages F.16-F.17)
- Oter les deux pivots fourches (A) et les fourches (B), (C) et (D) aussi.
- Oter les deux arbres de la boîte des vitesses et, en m me temps, recouvrer l'épaisseur entre le demi-carter gauche et l'arbre secondaire.
- Enlever l'arbre commande selecteur (1).
- Dévisser les deux vis (2) hexagones internes de 4 mm et enlever la plaquette (3) et le rochet sélecteur denté (4).
- Avec clé pour vis de 13 mm, dévisser le vis (5) de fixation de la sauterelle (6) qui fixe les vitesses avec le ressort (7).
- Dévisser la vis (8) avec una clé de 12 mm.
- Ôter l'arbre de commande fourches (9) avec roulement et tambour.
- Oter le seeger de la partie terminale de l'arbre de démarrage.
- Oter le ressort.
- Oter l'entretoise en dégageant l'extrémité intérieure du ressort par un tournevis.
- Oter le ressort de l'arbre de démarrage.
- Oter l'arbre de démarrage du côté extérieur du soubassement et recouvrer les rondelles d'épaisseur pour les utiliser au remontage.
- Inverser l'ordre susdit lors du remontage du groupe de démarrage et effectuer la correcte précharge du ressort.
