WARNING!
The machine must only be installed by skilled, specialist staff.
All installation procedures must be carried out with the tyre changer disconnected from its power sources.
Position the machine in the chosen site in its packaging.
Comply with the following guidelines:
1- The area necessary for installation of the machine is width 1640 mm by depth
1590 mm.
Leave a gap of at least 500 mm between the machine and any walls.
2- Place the machine on a smooth, level floor having suitable load bearing
capacity.
3- If the machine is installed outdoors, it must be protected from the rain by a
roof.
4- The installation site must have an electrical safety system with efficient ground
connection and must be equipped with a differential security breaker set at 30 mA.
5- The installation site must have a connection to a compressed air supply having an
operating pressure of at least 8 bar.
WARNING!
The machine must not be operated in an explosive
atmosphere.

6.2 UNPACKING AND POSITIONING

1- Unpack the machine and check that it is in perfect condition.
Inspect for any obvious damage.
2- Unscrew all the screws which hold the machine on the pallet with the aid of a 13
mm spanner.
WARNING!
Keep packaging material out of reach of children, because
it may constitute a hazard.
Dispose of the packaging material in accordance with the
relevant regulations if it contains harmful substances or is
not biodegradable.
3- Remove any packaging containing the working tools or accessories from the
pallet; only the tyre changer must be left on the pallet.
