WARNING!
Using the bead presser on the wall of the
tyre creates a potential crushing point.
DEFLATION BUTTON
During inflation, if the tyre pressure on the pressure gauge (16,
Fig. G/9) exceeds the required value, it can be reduced by pressing
the deflation button (17, Fig. G/9).
MASTER SWITCH
The master switch (21, Fig. G/11) on the rear of the machine connects (when set on
1-ON) or disconnects (when on 0-OFF) the electricity supply to the tyre changer.
TCX3000 CAMERA (optional)
The camera (Fig. G/12) allows the underside of the wheel to be viewed on the video
screen (19, Fig. G/9) during operation.
The camera and screen switch on automatically whenever the tools are moved. They
return to standby status if 30 seconds pass without performance of any movements.
TPM300 TYRE PRESSURE MONITOR (optional)
The TPM 300 device is able to identify the type of the pressure sensor (if any) installed
inside the tyre.
The switch (22, Fig. G/11) can be used to switch the device on (set on 1) or off (set
on 0).
The panel (20, Fig. G/9) has the function keys used to access the various programme
functions and the alphanumerical display.
The monitor (23, Fig. G/13) on the side of the tyre is able to transmit the pressure
sensor data to the system.
The USB socket (26, Fig. G/11) is used to update the TPM300 software and
database.
The fuse (25, Fig. G/11) provides the TPM300 devices with electrical protection.
GT300 TUBELESS INFLATION DEVICE (optional)
After fitting the device on the rim correctly, pressing the 2 buttons (24, Fig. G/4)
simultaneously triggers emission of a powerful air jet which rapidly inserts the tyre
beads on the rim.
