INFORMATION ON THE CREAM
Even the best cream whipping machine can only fully demonstrate its capabilities if
you use the right cream. Remember that cream is a natural product which is subject to
different variations, such as the seasonal difference in the feed formula of dairy animals,
for example.
In general, the use of fresh cream with a fat content of between 30% and 35%
is recommended. When using long-life cream, a longer life is possible but it is
recommended that you purchase reputable products, as not all long-life creams can be
whipped satisfactorily.
The continuous cold chain from the dairy to the consumer must be

absolutely guaranteed. Even a brief period of warming can destroy the
culture and make cream whipping impossible.
The cream can be sweetened with any sugar in liquid form (syrup or liquid sweetener). If
you use granulated sugar, please stir it well into the cream.

INFORMATION ON THE MACHINE
Each Mussana Mobile 12-volt Whipping Cream Machine is equipped as standard with a
manual button and simple portioning button with adjustable portion sizes. The machine
has an intensive cooling system, which reaches all the way to the garnishing tube.
Our product complies with the relevant CE standards. The machine is built according to
DIN 10507 for cream whipping machines. Each device has an unique serial number to
identify the machine.
