CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. To keep the overall impression of the machine positive, a stainless steel cleaner
should be used to remove cream residue and greasy fi ngerprints from the
machine casing and protective cover. It is then advisable to rub the surface with a
maintenance oil.
2. A visual inspection of the sealing ring should be carried out now and then, and
coated with our tap grease.
3. Cleaning and disinfection over and above normal machine maintenance is not
required.
4. The vents should be vacuumed once a year with a crevice nozzle from the outside
to enhance heat dissipation.
5. If there are any problems which you cannot solve yourself using our fault table,
please contact your dealer or our factory in Mannheim directly.
