INFORMATION ON CLEANING
For reasons of hygiene, your Mussana Mobile 12 Volt Whipping Cream
Caution:
Machine should be cleaned daily. For cleaning and disinfecting, please
only use the Mussana disinfectant, as this product also guarantees
thorough cleaning of the machine under the strict preconditions of
DIN 10507 for whipping cream machines.
Should you use a different product, the cleaning instructions of the
competitor's cleaner must be strictly followed, as most cleaners
require that you disassemble the machine and pump every day.
Set the regulator of the cooling thermostat to position 0, thereby switching off the

cooling system to clean the machine.

Remove the cream container from the machine, pour out the residual cream and
then pre-clean the container.

Now pour around 1.5 litres of warm water in the container, place it back in the
machine and pump the water through the whipping system using the manual
button. Shortly stopping and restarting the manual button increases the cleaning
effect.

Then fi ll the cream container with around 1.5 litres of the hottest possible water (50
- 80 °C) and add two dosages of Mussana Mikroclean disinfectant (approx. 40 ml).
Pump the cleaning solution through the machine as described under position 3.
Advice: It is normal for the cleaning solution to foam and does not adversely affect
the cleaning procedure.

Now fi ll the cream container with 1.5 litres of clear, cold water and pump the
machine again as described under position 3.

Check the garnishing tube and air regulator for cleanliness and clean again under
running warm water if necessary.

Wipe the machine container with a damp cloth and polish with a dry cloth.

The machine is now clean and you can switch off the main switch for overnight
battery charging.

If you want to use the machine again the next morning, it is recommended that
before pouring in the cream, you rinse the unit with around 2 litres of clear,
cold water after switching on the cooling system and reaching the operating
temperature.
10. Your unit is now ready to be used and can be fi lled with pre-cooled cream.
