FAULT TABLE
Error
1. The cooling system does not
work after switching it on with the
thermostat.
2. The engine does not start or it
does so intermittently; in this case
the cooling machine can also be
switched off automatically and the
red LED fl ickers irregularly.
3. Pump does not siphon any water or
cream.
4. Cream in the whipping system turns
to butter.
5. Consistency of the cream is too
runny.
6. Cream consistency does not react
when the air regulator is turned.
If you have not been able to get your machine working again, despite our tips, contact
your nearest specialist workshop for car / lorry electronics for your electrical unit in the
ice cream van.

Advice
1. Check the battery level. Wait for around
15 minutes until the pressure in the
cooling system has fallen and then
restart.
2. Check the battery level. The cooling
machine needs considerably less
energy than the pump engine. For this
reason, the cooling system can also
work with a very low charged battery. If
the pump engine is then started up, it
takes so much power that the cooling
system is automatically shut down for
safety reasons. You can see this from
the fl ashing red LED.
3. Pump is dry. Add some liquid through
the opening of the air regulator. The
pump will start siphoning again after
pressing the manual button.

5. Turn the air regulator again.
6. Dismantle the air regulator into three
parts and clean.

is the cause by changing to a different
