SETTING UP THE MACHINE AND
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The Mussana Mobil 12 Volt Whipping Cream Machine should be placed free-standing
on a fi rm fl at surface. The lateral distance to other objects or walls should be at least
10 cm, so that the heat removal system works properly.
The machine must be secured against tilting when driving.
Achtung: Caution:
Before you start with mounting, please check whether the intended table and wall
surfaces are able to absorb the forces which occur during a car drive.
Use the four fastening lugs which were delivered for fastening to the table surface.
These are screwed to the rubber feet underneath the fl oor plate. Tilt the lugs outwards
to the side. Two each to the left-hand side and two each to the right-hand side.
Now drill four holes through the table plate and use the thread screws which were
delivered for fastening. At this point, ensure that you fi rst place the washer under
the tabletop before screwing in and tightening the nuts. In this way, you achieve a
signifi cantly better load transfer.
To further support the absorption of load, we recommend that you secure two stable
brackets (which you can get in a DIY store), one on the right-hand side and one on
the left-hand side in the upper, back area of the whipping cream machine, so that the
machine is clamped between the two. To prevent noise from vibrations while driving, we
recommend fastening a rubber coating between the brackets and the machine.
Avoid drilling into the machine casing in any shape or form. You can damage or destroy
technical parts of the unit.
Once you have fastened the machine as described above, it is secured against falling
over or sliding when driving sensibly.
The machine is equipped with two polar terminals + and - for electrical connection.
The cables are around 3m long and should be directly connected to the battery poles to
avoid power loss.
Please ensure that you also fasten a charging connecting cable to the battery poles,
as the battery must be charged overnight on a daily basis. The normal pole terminals
of the charging units are not suitable for this. In car electronics retailers or at Bosch
Service for lorries, there are plug systems with which the charging safety is ensured.
The main switch of the unit must be set to zero during loading.
Caution:
Ensure that your charger has enough power to recharge the battery for around 10 hours
in one night.
