"SERVICE" MODE

In this mode, the machine allows the user
to enter certain settings (for example,
selection of the units of measurement) or
use special testing (to check the machine
operation) or configuration programs.
Some testing and configuration programs
are included in Menus while setting
programs are available with direct access
through some keys. See table T2 for the
full list of settings, programs and menus
available in SERVICE mode.
Note: Some testing or configuration
programs are not available to the end
user but only to technical support
personnel.
To access SERVICE mode, proceed as
follows:
1. Switch the machine on and wait for the
initial test to finish. After running the
initial test, the machine is in NORMAL
mode.
2. Press the [F+P3]
. The machine will enter
SERVICE mode and display the SEr SEr
messages. See figure 32;

3. To exit the SERVICE mode, you must
first exit any Menus and test programs
and return to the messages display
shown in Figure 32;
4. Press [F+P3]

[P1] MENU Sensor
calibration programs
The sensor calibration Menu is reserved
for the technical support personnel and
therefore is not described in this manual.
[P2] ALU Application
position for adhesive
weights
The machine makes it possible for the
operator to select where the adhesive
weight should be applied based on
his needs. To select this configuration,
proceed as described below:
1. Press the [P2] key
display will show the ALU H.12;
2. By pressing the key [P2]
the various possible configurations will
be shown on the display, that is: ALU
CLP - ALU H.6 - ALU LAS (if laser kit is
present);
3. To change and save the configuration,
select the setting to be set and then
press and hold the [P9] key
for at least 3 seconds until the
confirmation beep.
4. When SEr SEr appears on the display,
press the [F+P3]
key to exit the SERVICE mode.
