Status and error messages on the display

APPL Handpiece is not connected or the connection to the handpiece is disconnected during shock
wave triggering
Err 1 Error in high-voltage generator
Err 2 Error in high-voltage generator
Err 3 Error in high-voltage generator
Err 4 Error in high-voltage generator or HV communication cable between processor PCB and high
voltage generator defective
Err 5 HV communication cable between processor PCB and high voltage generator defective
Err 6 Memory module in device defective
Err 7 Memory module in handpiece defective
Err 8 Error on processor PCB
Err 9 Error on processor PCB
Err 10 Data error in handpiece storage module
Err 11 Handpiece is not programmed
Err 12 Handpiece is not approved for this device
Shock wave indicator blinks Handpiece is close to the end of its service life. (approx. 100,000 shock waves in reserve)
Handpiece is close to the end of its service life. (approx. 50,000 shock waves in reserve)
Shock wave indicator "End" Handpiece is at the end of its service life (shock wave triggering no longer possible)
If the problem canot be solved with this table, please contact the service department or return the device for repair.
Do not attempt a repair by yourself !
