INTRODUCTION
Multijet PRO is an integrated system for cleaning by ultrasound and testing of fuel injectors. Does not need
compressed air in its functions.
The equipment has USB interface for communication with PC and the conduction of PC controlled tests. Through
an exclusive application, it allows conduction of tests with preprogrammed standards , standards created by the
user, issuance of test reports and comparison of results.
Multijet Pro allows simultaneous tasks like injectors test and ultrasound cleaning.
Disassembling the test tubes to clean the drainage circuit is it faster and practical, and checking of the injector flow
becomes easier with the LED Backlighting.
The cleaning system made up of a vat equipped with piezoelectric transducer and the exclusive "Hammer"
mode, operates with better performance in the removal of deeper residues.
In the cleaning process, the ultrasound emits waves that detach particles encrusted on the inner and outer
surfaces of the injectors. The ULTRA CLEANER BIO (cleaning fluid) plus the natural heating generated by the
energy supplied in the ultrasound waves removes all residues, guaranteeing full cleaning of the fuel injectors.
New communication interface, for future expansions, this feature allows connection of external accessories for
additional tests, like motor-driven throttle body, test of idle speed actuators and others .
*Conjugated action of the injector activation during the turbulence generated by the ultrasound's mechanical waves.
