WARRANTY TERM

Alfatest S/A, in deference to consumers and supporting the rights assured them by law, specifies 12 months of
warranty against any manufacturing defect in the equipment specified in this manual, since 03 months of legal
warranty, plus 09 months of additional warranty from the date of issuance of sale Invoice to the first buyer.
ATTENTION
TO REQUEST FOR WARRANTY SERVICES, YOU MUST PRESENT THE PRODUCT'S PURCHASE
INVOICE.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

- The time applied in repairs on the equipment does not extend the warranty term and these may only be
performed by Alfatest itself or by its Certified Technical Assistance network.
- For any warranty or technical assistance request, contact Alfatest or its Certified Network.
- The warranty does not cover expenses incurred in removing and transporting the equipment for repair.
- The warranty does not cover parts damaged or faults due to improper use, undue installation or effect of natural
catastrophes.
- The warranty does not cover displacement for product assistance outside Alfatest or its certified workshops.
- The warranty does not cover parts subject to natural wear by use.
- Alfatest does not authorize any person or entity to assume on its account any liability related to the warranty of
its products other than those mentioned.
- Installation or execution of software of applications other than those recommended by Alfatest will result in loss
of the equipment warranty.
- Removal or damages caused to seal stickers, or any signs of violation will characterize attempt to open the
equipment and result in loss of warranty.
- If the equipment is not operated or stored according to the directions contained in this manual, the warranty will
be annulled.
- The warranty covers replacement and/or repair of parts, without cost, of items or components that provedly
have manufacturing defects.
- Use of adapters and test options other than those adequate for the vehicle under test can cause damages to the
equipment and will result in loss of warranty.
- Use of accessories other than those recommended by Alfatest will result in annulment of the warranty.
