5.4 - CLENING PROCESS
11 – INJECTORS CLEANING
The cleaning is done through the ultrasound system and pulsation*.
Conduction:
1)Mount the injectors in the ultrasound vat correctly (
ULTRASOUND VAT)
Note: Electric injectors actuation exist only if the ultrasound is active.
2) Through the keys

The Multijet PRO will start emitting ultrasound waves and electric pulses through the Injector actuation cable.
There is no resistance reading, it is therefore advisable to conduct an injector test before the cleaning.

A "beep" will occur at the end of cleaning.
* The pulse (electric actuation) during cleaning is optional, however, is advisable as it helps in the shedding of
particles.
If desired actuation during the cleaning, connect the injector's cable (equal to that used for the tests) in the connector
actuators / injectors(cleaning by ulrasound). See item 3.4 - CABLES CONEXION.
To test and clean(with electrical actuation) injectors simultaneously, are needed to use two injector's cable.
