4. damages related to poor transport condi-

turing defects.
The warranty does not include installation.
The warranty/advance replacement does not
apply to:
consumables (e.g., batteries, paper, ink

cartridges, filters)
wear parts
n
products/components without a serial
n
number
The warranty does not cover any problems
caused by improper use or lack of ordinary main-
tenance operations such as those indicated in
the specific instructions. The distributor accepts
no liability for any damage caused, directly or
indirectly, to persons, property or animals as a
result of failure to comply with all the obligations
laid down in the instructions, especially those re-
lating to the installation, use and maintenance of
the equipment.
