14. Manual mode
You can access manual operations by selecting
"Manual Mode" within the main menu.
Available functions are:
A/T Flushing

ATF Recovery
n
ATF Injection/topping-up
n
Detergent injection
n
Protectant injection
n
Zero Cross-Contamination
n
Emptying of spent ATF tank
n
Emptying of new ATF tank

A/T Flushing
Before connecting service pipes 1
and 2 to the automatic transmis-
sion, make sure the vehicle is
turned off.
This process allows for the replacement of the
spent ATF fluid with new fluid, keeping the lubri-
cant level within the transmission constant (see
chapter Flushing).
To proceed you need to know:
ATF quantity to be flushed [l]

ATF Type
n
Temperature [°C] at which to start mainte-
n
nance
Once the set temperature is reached, the unit
will start automatically without the need for user
intervention.
Refer to your transmission technical manual for
the correct temperature setting.
Do not disconnect service pipe-
lines 1 and 2 during flushing opera-
tions while the vehicle is running.
