Connect steering wheel (1) to steering shaft (2).

Put on washers (3) and secure steering wheel
with bolt (4).
Note
Put on washer (3) with curved side face up.

Insert the cover cap (5, depending on design).
Attaching the deflector flap
(Devices with side ejection – depending on model)

Remove the ignition key, which is secured to the
mounting of the discharge opening of the cutter
deck with a cable tie (model-dependent).
■
Remove the screw and nut on the discharge
opening of the cutter deck.
Position the deflector flap on the cutter deck so
■
that the lugs on the deflector flap sit in the re-
cesses on the cutter deck.
Slide the deflector flap all the way backwards, in
■
the direction of the rear of the tractor.
Secure the deflector flap with the screw and nut
■
on the discharge opening of the cutter deck.
Removing the transport lock from the
deflector flap

Remove the ignition key, which is secured to the
mounting of the discharge opening of the cutter
deck with a cable tie (depending on model).

Remove the safety plate or the cable ties (depending
on the version). The deflector flap closes automatically.
Attaching the cutter deck wheels
(depending on model and design)

Secure the cutter deck wheels with the available
screws and nuts.
Note
The number and shape of the cutter deck
wheels may vary.

Converting the cutter deck 92 cm with
side ejection for ejection with deflector
flap (optional)

The 92 cm deck is designed as a mulch deck as
standard and has a cover flap on the discharge
opening of the cutter deck instead of a deflector flap.
Conversion to side ejection:
1. Remove the wing nut.
2. Press the lock tab to the left and hold.
3. Raise the cover flap.
4. Suspend the deflector flap in the holding tab on
the cutter deck with the wire hanger.
5. Press the deflector flap with the opening over the
threaded pin.
6. Lower the cover flap.
7. Secure the deflector flap to the cutter deck with
the wing nut.
