Adjustment of cutting width
When cutting width is too narrow or too wide for seam
width, adjust as follows:
(_ Cutting width adjusting dial
_) Lower knife
[_ Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine.
[] Open the looper and side covers.
[_ Turn the cutting width adjusting dial (i_ to adjust position
of lower knife (_
(A) When cutting width is too narrow:
Turn cutting width adjusting dial clockwise,
Lower knife will move to right
(B) When cutting width is too wide:
Turn the cutting width adjusting dial
counterclockwise,
Lower knife will move to left,
[] Close the looper and side covers,
[] Test stitch to check the cutting width,
• The cutting width of the model can be adjusted
approximately 1/8" to 3/16" (3 0 to 5,0 mm) from the
right needle position depending upon your sewing needs
or fabric being used,
