INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The BARISTA PRO mill should be cleaned before it is used for the first
time. Apply the following procedure for a mechanical cleaning and to
practice operating the device:
1. Adjust the grinder setting from medium-fine to coarse
(see GRINDER ADJUSTMENT).
2. Remove the crank and add one coffee scoop of uncooked round-
grain rice.
3. Replace the crank and turn it energetically in a clockwise motion.
4. Operate the mill until it is completely empty, remove the collecting
container, adjust the grind setting as fine as possible and fill the ground
rice granulate in the top of the mill again. Grind the mill until empty
again.
5. Empty the collecting container, wipe it out dry and completely empty
the housing.
6. Any rice dust remaining in the coffee mill has a neutral taste and will
not affect future coffee enjoyment.
Your BARISTA PRO is now ready for use!
FILLING, PORTIONING AND USE
• To fill the coffee mill, remove the crank and pour in the desired amount
of coffee beans (23 g at the most).
• Only add the amount that you actually need. This guarantees that you
always have fresh, fully aromatic ground coffee powder of the desired
type or mixture.
• Grind the coffee beans with firm, consistent rotations until the grinder
is completely empty.
• Now unscrew the collecting container and remove the aromatic freshly
milled coffee ground.
